  • First and foremost, convenience! Eliminate the stress and hassle of planning a trip. Tell us what you'd like to have and what you MUST have and let us do the rest!

    Secondly, we offer payment plan options* without a credit check. Simply pay the auto generated deposit and the one-time admin fee of $35 per person, then save up until your deposit is due. We recommend making monthly payments on your invoice of at least $50 so you don't forget, but as long as your full payment is made on or before the due date, you are all set. To reap the best benefits of payment plans, book in advance. This gives you more time before the final payment is due.

  • Yes. Each quote/proposal counts against your selected service package. Additional quotes will be subject to a $25 service fee.

  • Unfortunately, I am not able to hold prices or room inventory until payment is received.

  • Payment plan option allows you to book easily without payment in full and without running your credit! The deposit amount is system generated from my suppliers based on your selected vacation package and add-ons. The deposit amount cannot be determined until all aspects of your trip are identified. The deposit due date and payment in full due date are also system generated from my suppliers and cannot be modified.

  • All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Refunds are only allowed for bookings with travel insurance.

  • Payments are travel due by the specified due date on your travel quote.

    If your reservation is not paid in full by 11:59pm CST on your final payment due date, your reservation is considered past due and may be cancelled with an additional fee of $50.00 per person. If you fail to setup a refund request prior to 11:59pm CST on your final payment due date, your reservation will cancel due to nonpayment. No refunds will be given on reservations that cancel due to nonpayment.

  • No refunds will be granted on unused services once travel has commenced. PASSPORT TO HAPPY, LLC will assess a $100 per person fee for changes made after commencement of travel. Changes in return transportation to the extent permitted by carrier(s)' tariff may be made only through PASSPORT TO HAPPY, LLC representatives. Changes in travel arrangements that result in additional monies owed due to price differences, fuel surcharges, ticket re-issuance fees, etc., are due and payable directly to PASSPORT TO HAPPY, LLC representatives at time of change.

  • PASSPORT TO HAPPY, LLC will assess a fee for cancellations, which will not exceed the total vacation package price, plus a $50 per person service fee for all reservations, including reservations with travel insurance. Additional cancellation fees may also be charged by the airline, hotel and/or vacation supplier.

    Once travel has begun, there will be no refunds for any unused or partially used travel component for any reason. While every effort will be made to provide all items on the travel itinerary as booked, PASSPORT TO HAPPY, LLC reserves the right to cancel or alter any reservation for any reason prior to departure. Should this occur, refunds will be made without any further obligation by PASSPORT TO HAPPY, LLC.

    If you fail to set up a refund request prior to your final payment due date, your reservation will cancel due to non-payment at 11:59 pm CST on your final payment due date. No refunds will be given on reservations that cancel due to non-payment and travel insurance will also be voided if the request for a refund or cancel is not received and approved in writing prior to the final payment due date, along with the late/cancel fees. There are no exceptions to this policy. Reservations automatically cancel and cannot be retrieved. There are no refunds after final payment due dates.

    Reservations that cancel with travel insurance are only refundable if paid in full, subject to cancellation fees. All reservations with travel insurance that are not paid in full will only receive a refund of the deposit paid, less the cost of travel insurance and cancellation fees.

    There are no refunds after final payment due dates. All bookings without travel insurance are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • You should always have a passport in case of emergency. According to the Department of State — Bureau of Consular Affairs, "your cruise company may also require you to have a passport even if U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) does not."
